I bought this LDV van in June 2024 with 32000Kms on it and 3 years left on the warranty - safer for someone like me who does not want to know about cars.

The idea was to copy all the wonderful online photos and build out a van that I could travel in.  Well today nearly a year on I have travelled, and I have redesigned the van many times, ask my family how many......

Some of the greatest things I have learned are

1/ I can't decide on the right layout for the van.  Half the people at Bunnings now know me!🤣

2/ I can't cut straight with the jigsaw

3/ Pinterest and You tube over exaggerate how easy things can be or they are all tradies pretending to be people who have never done anything before

4/ This van is awesome, I may not be a tradie that can do all the stuff and I may have bought things that I don't need and I would definitely saved money if I had more idea on what I am doing.  BUT I have so enjoyed the setup of this van and I feel proud that I have done most of it myself.  

5/ I CAN travel on my own and enjoy this amazing country we have. 

My goal for the next few years is to travel as much as possible and enjoy this amazing country of ours.
